Wake up and start your day off right. With a vigorous yet balanced morning practice. Focusing weekly on various poses that promote & focus on strength, flexibility and core wellbeing.

Slower paced movements to strengthen the nervous system. While exploring boundaries and control in a warm room.

A great introduction to the Hot Yoga Practice.

Hot Barre

Mon, Wed, Fri  8a

 

Stretching, mild cardio, core strengthening and mussel toning. Based off of traditional Ballet techniques and infused with modern fitness practices to focus on those hard to get areas.

 

Hip Hop

Wed: 7:30p

 

Revisit coordination, rhythm, body fluidity and some choreography. In a completely judgement free environment- come move your body and get your blood pumping to some great play lists. Super fun evening class to kick those winter doldrums in the best kind of way.
